Bug description: Even though you enter the start banner with Darkmoon Game Token the race does not begin. Quest counter remains 0/1. Further race track is not visible. Quest cannot be completed.

Abandon both The Real Race and The Real Big Race, take the one you want and try again.

What Emilia said. Please try that, I've done both quests on all four mounts and didn't had any issues.
