Bug description:
The tooltip of the trait is "Reduces the cooldown of Vendetta by 10 sec". It can be ranked up 3 times (meaning -30 sec on Vendetta).
The bug is that the trait effect only works for rank 1 (-10 sec on Vendetta) even if you already have 3/3 points in the trait.
It should obviously work like this:
-Rank 1 (10 sec reduced on Vendetta)
-Rank 2 (20 sec reduced on Vendetta)
-Rank 3 (30 sec reduced on Vendetta)
