Bug description: After I abandon and re-take the quest I'm not able to pick up the items anymore. My wife is getting the same bug.
Proof: https://imgur.com/1yek3HG <- This happens on every location

[EDIT]
After I traveled to Nazmir, killed some mobs and traveled back, I re-taked the quest and I could pick up the items -
