gtop100.com does NOT have a cooldown of 24 hours. If you voted at 8am, and received your points, and you tried to vote again 12 hours later at 8pm, gtop100 will say that you need to wait a few hours until you can vote again on their website. I can confirm that somtimes, even voting again after 24 hours, gtop100 will still say that you can't vote again, even though wow-freakz shows that we can vote again. But this does not mean "voting doesn't work". If voting doesn't work, it means you didn't receive your vote points, and this means you didn't followed the steps exactly as asked. However this is not the case. If you believe that you are voting again after 12 hours but gtop100 says that you can't, simply try the following. At least one of these solutions helps me always, whenever gtop100 doesn't let me vote after 12 hours.

- Clear your cache/cookies and try again
- Try again in incognito mode
- Use another browser to vote
- Clear cache/cookies in that other browser and try again
- Try again with incognito mode in that other browser
- Use another device to vote, phone or another PC
- Restart your router
- DNS Flush / Release/Renew your IP Address and try the above again

If you're voting again after 12 hours and encounter the gtop100 issue, do not procced to vote in the 3 other sites until you try the solutions above to successfully vote on gtop100. Otherwise wow-freakz will put you on another 12 hours cooldown.
