[REJECTED] cant get further with covenant questline

Bug description:
I have a problem on covenant quest line chapter 4 :
I get the first quest"An Expected Visitor" and its ok
Then i get "A Perilous Journey" and its ok
Thein i get "Stronger Together" and here the problem begins,i get the npc to fly me on to that platform where i need to torn quest,i get there,talk to npc Baroness Drakka and get the next quest "Fight and Flight" and then i got droped from that platform and cand get on it again to continue campaign
Abandoned "Fight and Flight" and hoped if i returned to previus npc it will get me back on to that platform but there that npc its gone

On wowhead it says on "Fight and Flight" (https://www.wowhead.com/quest=61769/fight-and-flight#comments): If for some reason you end up abandoning the zone, or even the quest, and you get the exclamation mark on the flying necropolis, just talk to Xandria at 37, 29 and she'll fly you there even without having this quest active.

The npc isnt there anymore and i cant get back on that platform to continue
