[REJECTED] got disconnect and dungeon change

Bug description: yesterday me and my team were doing Necrotic Wake M12, and after killing last boss, one of my friends died and I was reviving him. While doing that I got disconnected all sudden from server and I tried to re-login back to take my loot. Somehow the phase changed to Mythic 0 and I was all alone in dungeon and some of my friends got teleported out to oribos. I quickly raised the ticket for this issue but didn't get reply so I decided to just hearthstone to Ardenweald. The issue I lost the loot from doing higher key is not first time, before when the server got emergency restart also while we are doing m12 Spires and when relogging back, the phase has changed to Mythic 0 and our run gone waste. I did raise a ticket but got told nothing can be done which is unfair for my opinion and now happen again. Please help to investigate this matter. Thanks
