earlier today i managed to upgrade my acherus drape legendary from 940 to 970. then random server crash happened reverting the legendary back to 940, however the stabilized titan essence is missing from inventory. Basically i lost 50 writhing essence from the crash

my request is one the 3 option below, which are basically the same:
1. have my acherus drape be upgraded to 970 ;
2. have a stabilized titan essence sent to my inventory ; or
3. have 50 writhing essence currency added to my character
