Bug description: after i got off the boat i completed the quest ''The missing Fleet'' then the npc dissapeared and i couldnt accept the next quest ''Searching for answers''

yes i have 2 or 3 chapters left to complete the stormsong valley questline

Can you get back to the ferryman whom you used to get to Stormsong Monastery? Taelia should reappear near the dock upon your arrival.

it doesnt give me the option to go to the monastery with the ferry because i already completed the quest with getting to that monastery

i think its the wrong quest, the last quest i completed is this one: https://www.wowhead.com/quest=50733/a-new-dawn then i took a ferry with taelia and after we reached the monastery she didnt spawn to give me the next quest

It's not the wrong quest. I've checked again and you've recently just completed Searching for Answers and as well as the follow up quests after that.

The quest you mentioned A New Dawn is not implemented at all.

What seems to be the issue now?

If you could provide a screenshot of your Stormsong Valley chapters, it would help
