Bug description: Burs of Time particles have incorrect time of flight.

Time of flight should be as follows:

Speed: Normal - 4 seconds (aprox. 2 seconds on Felsong)
Speed: Slow - 7 seconds (aprox. 4 seconds on Felsong)
Speed: Fast - 2 seconds (less than 2 seconds on Felsong)

I saw the boss sometimes starting in fast phase, but ye it looks like retail is the easy version of freakz here.
Low priority bug in my opinion due to the fact that you can still easily dodge it and NH work is closed.
