Bug description: Doesn't drop from https://www.wow-freakz.com/object_finder.php?object=246036&&name=waterlogged-cache-of-ancient-relics (chest that appears after Heylas dead)
Proof: https://imgur.com/ICl0vjv this is all that dropped from it,nobody got recipe (yes it was on heroic)
