Pai ai dedus ca e de la slotul de la charger, ei nu au verificat incarcatorul si bateria cand le-au schimbat la garantie ? Sau ei doar ti-au facut ce le-ai spus tu ? Cel mai bine e sa te duci la ei sa le spui ca nu stii ce are dar nu-ti incarca, sa-l rezolve, daca te duci cu detalii specifice si le spui sa-ti schimbe aia aia si cealalta, cel mai probabil asa vor face pentru ca sunt niste maimute satule de munca si nu-i intereseaza problema ta.
