What are you looking for in our guild? : I am looking for a PvE guild with quality raiding, serios members and especially I am looking for "bullet" raids, if you know what I mean.
Will you change your spec to benefit the guild (note that generally you will be recruited for a certain spec, but may be asked to change certain points to benefit the guild OR respec for a certain progression boss)? : Yes, no problem, but I don't think will be necessary because BM is the most viable spec at this moment.

Your Ex-Guild : ejusdem generis but i have been in more guilds with 1-2 alts as a social member cuz of friends.
i have never left a guild / been kicked out in last 4-5 years of my wow experience which was on private servers only, i used to stay on 1 guild and if i wanted to join another guild (for social purpose) i made new chars.
i usually keep all proffession on whatever server i play and gear my chars myself by giving time independantly instead of being carried

Progress Ds 10hc and 25hc : 25h warmaster(long time ago), 10h full multiple times with multiple chars.

What are you looking for in our guild? : some of my friends are here ubije / beast / rolling idk if more of them joined after reckless inactivity, + some easy fast raids for fun before the patch ends, basically looking for more pve activity and friends socializing, because currently i dont have a reason to log horde toons since most of my friends are active only on alliance, by joining nox i can spend more time there with you guys.

but may be asked to change certain points to benefit the guild OR respec for a certain progression boss)? : ok so for this patch, i have enough chars who are enough geared for a full heroic run which includes ranges melees and tank, (have all classes of healers too but only the druid is more than 404, rest around around 400 since those are offspecs.)
i can join on any char on any run and even save multiple chars for the same run. for me pve is srs bsns and i like to give my best and i do whatever i have to do to fullfill the requirements

currently im just continuing to raid farming bis / madness achieves on the chars who dont have it already, i dont have well geared horde chars and i dint have a reason to gear new chars since this patch is about to end any way and i can easily join raids cross faction with my geared chars.

this means if i will raid with you guys it will be with my alliance chars who are already geared instead of gearing new horde chars. since i shut down EG myself my chars are just there free to join up any raids

as for the next patch i will continue on horde with my warrior and 2 new chars which will probably be a mage and a hybrid class like a druid or pala
