Bug description: If your enemy is in ring of frost and you use cone of cold, the ring of frost effect shouldn't brake but here it does.

Am zis si in topicul anterior, ring of frost trebuie sa absoarba un anumit dmg pana se sparge( gen cum absoarbe frostnova ), toate astea ar trebui bagate intr.un singur topic si sa se mareasca absorbul de la ring of frost( gen nuj 5% din HP sau cat e pe retail).

Si lista continua, si pe blizz se plang oamenii ca nu ii scoate instatn din ring of frost, deci trebuie sa absoarba ceva dmg pana se sparge.

Nu am pus intr-un singur topic ca probabil "numai intelegeau "baietii nimic si incepeau iar cu flame si alte prostii. E clar ca e bug si asteptam sa se repare pt ca este un bug destul de major.
