Bug description: Stormlash Totem does nothing; it should do the following: "Stormlash Totem's Stormlash effect now has a 50% chance to activate and deals 40% of current damage." http://wow.gamepedia.com/Stormlash_Totem

The proc has been fixed, however the damage it deals is incorrect. Currently it seems to scale with AP and / or SP, while it should be 40% of the damage dealt. If I hit 10000 Frostbolt, Stormlash should proc for 4000 damage.
