[FIXED] [Shaman][Elemental] Lightning Shield

Bug description: Every time Shaman is being hit by an attack that triggers Lightning Shield, a charge of Lightning Shield generated via Rolling Thunder is consumed.

Source: Water and Lightning Shields no longer have charges that can cause them to be removed by taking damage, and can stack with other Shaman's Earth Shields.

Lightning shield's stacks should not be consumed by the dmg taken, be it melee or other.
