Bug description: The Damage from the T 21 4 set bonus is way too low, How it should work, is that it overloads for 95% of the damage the spell dealt, without interacting with any buffs or the ability to crit.
On the screenshot you see, My earthshock did7.25m damage, so the overload should've done 95%, so about 6.88m. Even with 85% so if it#s bugged to account for the trait, it should've been about 6.16m, but it only hit for 5.22m. The T21 set is bad as it is, with the bug now it's in average only a 2-3% dps increase, The entire build in 7.3.5 is about earths shocks and using your tier set, so it hurts the dps a lot!
Just realised the same goes for Icefury in the picture i did 167k and overloaded for 81.2k it should have been 159k
Also both hits were regular hits, no crit, so the bug must be somewhere else.
