Bug description: shaman on 100 maelstorm and Discipline priest using Penance , shaman using 2sec earth shock stun on priest that casting penance but channeling penance wont intrupt and it will continue to channel while stuned.
Proof: just use stun on 100 maelstorm , then u will see channeling wont intrupt when priest stuned , maybe visual bug , i asked my friend he told me Penance continue to channel but it doesnt heal.
it seems same effect happening on other stuns in game too.

You posted no proof, no picture, no video. Please, next time post proof.

Anyway, I tested everything you just wrote and everything works just fine. Earthshock from Earthfury stuns and interrupt the target. After stun there is no more heal or damage from Penance.

Also I tested it with and without The Penitent.
