WoW Freakz spell link: Lightning Shield or the PVP 2 set gear(Elemental), not sure
Bug description: Against dual weild such as enha shamans or rogues it procs way too often, twice/3 times per attack

Err....i thought they implemented 4 sec icd in pvp? Thats what the final post says?

it works , i mean the 4 second icd , i tried fire nova on pvp players at shrines and it didnt really do massive damage

In ultima perioada am jucat numai elemental, nu mi s-a intamplat sa procuie de 3 ori si am icd normal.
Twice, cum am spus de la echo of elements.

Nu ai un SS, ceva?

Dati Duel cu un Elem ce are bonusul pvp, si vedeti cum LS loveste de 2 ori si uneori de x3 in aceeasi secunda.

This bug report is partially invalid, it doesn't proc twice/3 times PER SECOND. The real issue is that internal 1.5s cooldown, currently it was 1s cooldown, fixed it.
