Descrierea bugului / Bug description: In mod normal lightning shield trebuie sa procuie atunci cand esti atacat sau prin talentul static shock atunci cand castezi stormstrike/primal strike/lava lash .La noi insa se pare ca are sansa sa procuie si din fiecare atac de windfury
