Bug description: Primal Elementalist probably decreasing 80% dmg instead of increasing
Proof: As you can see last one have a big problem to attack and fps drop is too big O.O

I know that probably there is topic like this, but it's annoying that single talent doesnt work. It could be really dps improvement but it only hurt Elemental's hearts [*]
