Ingrediente: 125 g unt, 2 gãlbenuºuri, lãmâie, sare, o lingurã apã.

Mod de preparare: Se amestecã bine gãlbenuºurile cu apa ºi puþinã zeamã de lãmâie. Apoi, pe foc mic, sau la bain-marie, se amestecã continuu, se adaugã untul topit, sare ºi zeamã de lãmâie dupã gust, pânã se îngroaºã. Se serveºte la diferite legume fierte (sparanghel, conopidã), peºte rasol, etc.
