Bug description: The https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=38872&&name=ambassador-gaines is not spawning at the location. I was waiting more than 30 min for him to spawn and I checked him a couple of times even after server restart.

Rejected. It's an interface issue, the add is spawned but on a nearby location.
