Question : De ce toate torrentele s-au facut rosii si nu pot downloada/uploada nimic ? And how do i solve it ?

Ai fost banat 24 ore pentru ca ai folosit contul de la alt PC. (ai downlaodat de la alt PC-u avand torentul acasa deschis sau invers)
