sa zicem ca mi-am luat teapa cu o suma de bani(avans)...numarul de telefon il am dar nu raspunde. factura cu stampila am dar nu si-a trecut numele. au mai reclamat niste oameni si s-a ajuns la politie cu tipul dar nu stiu ce s-a intamplat...ce as putea sa fac? in-afara sa ma duc peste el...daca vorbesc cu politia ar putea face ceva?

Afla daca factura este veritabila, adica daca cine a emis factura este cu adevarat inregistrat. Vezi daca stampila este buna (probabil este falsa).
Poate singura chestie care o poti face.. sa te unesti cu alti pagubiti si sa face o plangere comuna (dar tinand cont ca suntem in Romania... probabil iti pierzi timpu aiurea).
A, ce mai poti face... sa plangi ca esti atat de prost incat ai dat banii in avans fara sa te documentezi daca persoana merita increderea... -

I-am scos carcasa deoarece nu se vedea nimic prin ecran.poti sa crezi ce vrei.Mie putin imi pasa atat timp cat stiu ca scorul este facut de mine si nu as avea nici cel mai mic motiv ssa mint.
