Stuck on 3rd relic

Hello.

I did the monk class hall quests but I the 3rd relic slot is still locked. Sending some screenshots of the game. Please help me.

Now i'm on the next questline as you can see in the pictures below. I also have the Monkey King and Taran Zhu mercs.

That guide is old, now you have to finish all the quests.
