Bug description:
The npcs you have to kill ( by using the given item ) are green. therefore you can't do anything to them. They should be yellow.
ALSO when you use the item on the npc it says '' The spell is not available to you '' tho im not sure if this happens because the npc is green or the item itself is bugged.
