Bug description: I've finished the quest line for the achievement Good Suramaritan-sub chapter The Waning Crescent but at the end of it I didn't receive the quest Thalyssra's Abode to finish the chain quest.
I've been trying to see for days on end if the quest will appear of its own and if it was a timer for it to appear or something but it didn't.

Proof: My proof would be the quest item (Corked Bottle) that you receive to complete the quest that was before Thalyssra's Abode that would be Friends On the Outside ( https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=42487&&name=friends-on-the-outside ) that gives you a bottle as a present for Thalyssra.And after this quest the other one should appear instantly.
