i think some items are dropping on normal only but, as i said, no problem heroic is ok.

Wowhead's drop chance is the ACTUAL drop chance (or at least, reported drops). Our database takes the REAL drop chances.

Garr has 24 epic items in loot, and 2 will drop EVERY TIME. Those 24 items are divided into 2 12 item groups (100/12=8.33).

mmm that's not the chest it's the boss. I don't know if you mean that chest loot is included in boss loot.
