Bug description: The Celestial Treasure Box is awarded to players who defeat one of the August Celestials, in the Timeless Isle, but do not otherwise win loot. So basically, if you are not lucky with personal loot for PVP/PVE pieces, you should get this box (only once per week, and only once per all 4 bosses).

Yes that should drop because it's a "consolation" price for those that did not get an item.
Yes, the box might drop an item but it has a very low chance.

Made some more research and while what you've said is true, I still don't believe only 3 out of 25 people should get loot. It just doesn't make sense, I even asked around other people that have been on retail and done Celestials - they say the chance to get items should be higher than getting the box AND at least 10-15 people should get items.

Sunblade is true..i played on retail too and when I was killing any bosses on lfr,not only 3people was getting loot,there were around 10..this is a problem with only 3peops get loot from 25,this shits,everyone should have their drop chances , so 20people could get loot, 10, or noone to get loot...the actual personal loot sistem is not blizzlike,is like 3/25 peops gets loot ..

Fixed Celestial Treasure Box, it now drops if you don't get any loot.

Regarding number of players that should receive loot, please reopen topic and post proof, not random "i played on retail trust me"
