[Torghast] The Final Pieces & Ashes of the tower

Bug description: Runecarver chain quest not showing up
Proof:

In " The Final Pieces " quest the rune vessel i obtained did not count for the quest objective, so i abandoned it to take it again hoping to fix the issue.
But now the quest doesnt show up..Had abandoned "Ashes of the tower" quest as well along with it since i received both from the runecarver in the same chain quest.

Please help solve this issue..
