[DUPLICATE] [Ulduar] Razorscale bugged out

Bug description:Ulduar Boss Razorscale Bugged out

when i started fight with this boss i activated harpoon turrets exactly when it said after 4 harpoons were ready the dragons was dragged down...well not really i could finally target him but he was too high in the air even for me (frost mage) i couldnt use any spells on him. After that i thought like okay i may have to activate those harpoons more times to get him lower... so i did it but i only got to use 2 harpoons because those others didnt reset... so the boss stayed on top and stuck because there were no more harpoons to get him lower.

+now ure stuck in combat and cant teleport to continue.
++ now when u leave dungeon and re-enter u are still in combat and when u try to fight the boss again u cannot because harpoons dont work (you cant use them)

Please FIX!!!
