Voting System Bugged?

Hello, I've been trying to vote, and yesterday when I tried doing it on my Opera GX browser, it didn't work. But, interestingly, in the voting website it was saying stuff like "Success, your vote was successfully submitted!" and "Please wait a while before voting again." As you can see in following pics:

But it didn't work, even after waiting that 5-20 mins duration it said to "validate". (which is still stupid imo, I've voted in a ton of servers and never had this kind of wait-time)

Today, about 2 hours ago, I've tried using Google chrome, and in the sites it kept saying it was sucessful, and I've tried going back to the wowfreakz site as well since it was suggested, but looks like it counted only one website: (I already had 5 points in my account from past)

Weird thing is even though it counted only 1 of them, I cannot try voting for other websites either, as you can see in the pic.
Any suggestions?? If not, I'm not touching this servers voting page ever again.
