[Warlock][Affliction] Rot and Decay

Bug description:
1. Rot and Decay reset all extend dots when i use Summon Darkglare. For example agony 18 sec extend 24 sec, corruption 14 sec extend 22 sec, UA 8 sec to 16 sec, when Drain life deal damage, it will reset all dot (agony 18 sec, corruption, 14 sec, UA 8 sec)
2. Rot and Decay make all dot cap, example i burst haste (186% haste in clip 2) and use drain life, agony can't go longer 18 sec, corruption 14 sec, UA 8 sec, it will increase duration but will have cap, when i use 2 times agony, corruption will extend dots more than 33%, agony 24 sec, corruption 19 sec, after that i use drain life, it can't extend over 24 sec for agony, 19 sec for corruption, 8 sec for UA. I mean it should extend unlimited when i have very high haste, it work well 8.0 to 8.2 but bug now.
