Bug description: The spell should hold 8 seconds but it holds 6 sec and since I use Contagion Talent it's a big problem for me and the rest .

The duration of the spell scales with haste, try casting UA on dummy without gear and it will exactly have 8 seconds.

Base duration (with 0 haste) of UA is 8 seconds with ticks every 2 seconds (4 ticks in total, static number) but base duration and tick rate are affected by haste.

His haste is 35.07% that means 2 / 1.3507 (base seconds interval / 1+ haste %) = 1.480713704
1.480713704 x 4 (total number of UA ticks) = 5.922854813
5.922854813 rounded = 6.0 and this is the exact number of seconds of the guy from youtube on UA

On short: the more haste you have, the faster UA ticks its 4 ticks
