WoW Freakz spell link: Backdraft & Conflagrate
Bug description: Backdraft should proc when Conflagrate is casted not when it lands. This means that even if Conflagrate miss you should get Backdraft, also this should solve the problem of getting 6x Backdraft when using Conflagrate with Havoc or when FnB: Conflagrate affects 2 or more targets.
Proof: Backdraft's tooltip is very specific: "When you cast Conflagrate...".
