There is a talent called Avatar ( https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=107574 (wowhead link) ), it gives me 20% more damage and remove all snare and roots in that time(20s)


- Well, hunter have tar trap which snare / slow me, when i use avatar while stading on trap, its fine, but after i leave trap and go back im slowed again, same with concussive shot, and by
each similiar spell.

There is also another bug here, as you can see his name disappears all of sudden and comes back in 2-3 seconds.This happens quite often

Yes. That's how Avatar is working since MoP I believe. It removes the initial snare, it does not give you immunity to it for the entire duration.

Feel free to bring proof it should not be like this.

Yea but, if i use avatar on that trap, i should be free by that trap whole time whle stading on it? Except if i move away and come back..

Avatar is working as intended. you could actually notice in your video that you removed the snare then you got it right back without leaving the trap and going straight into it .
Checked most of the changes @Avatar and i found nothing about the immunity part for the hall duration.
