Bug description: Endless rage was to op with 2 seconds and they nerfed on 7.1.5 right before 7.2 but they put in patch notes 7.2 https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=198877 (wowhead link)
Proof: I find on a video from january where you can see is 2 seconds

And still on 7.1.5 on march with 1 second bonus duration from endless rage

Also , you can see on this video posted on 4 mar. 2017 he is reseting enrage with raging blow and the buff is 4 sec every reset , without endless rage ,
enrage is 4 sec (3 2 1 0) http://imgur.com/a/7NXHn ; with endless rage should be (4 3 2 1 0) 5 sec .

On my photo on our server you can see the buff is starting at 5 with endless rage http://imgur.com/a/D7rgi
Make endless rage with 1 sec bonus so it should be harder to keep up the enrage buff .

UPDATE: Confirmed. Hotfix to Endless Rage was on February 21. Patch 7.2 was lunched on 28th of March.
