[REJECTED] [Warrior] Random Landslide procs - Item/Spell ?

Bug description: Not sure what is causing to trigger a Landslide dealing massive damage to enemies. Happened twice in Highmountain on my rogue, and happened several times with my hunter in Highmountain as well. I am reporting this because I'm not sure where this proc is coming from, and I don't want to be exploting something that I have no control of.
There are several claims from wowhead although I doubt they're confirmed.

- False. this procced for me as a protection warrior today. It's probably an ability from the command center.

- This just procced for me while attacking a training dummy as a Survival and Marksmanship hunter at Trueshot Lodge, which is in Highmountain. I still have no idea what caused it, but it may have something to do with Highmountain.

Have seen this happening sometimes but it is not related to classes bugs, it is happening only in Hightmountain and on rare occasions.
