Greetings Wow Freakz Community!

We are seeking people with a passion for World of Warcraft to join our quality assurance squad and help us deliver the best Shadowlands experience to our players.

❏ Titles:

• QA: Warrior class moderator
  
  
• QA: Warlock class moderator
  
  
• QA: Shaman class moderator
  
  
• QA: Druid class moderator
  
  
• QA: Rogue class moderator
  
  
• QA: Hunter class moderator
  
  
• QA: General Tester
  
  
• QA: PvP Tester
  
  
• QA: PvE Tester

❏ Responsibilities:

• Be mature and friendly
  
  
• Deliver test design, test execution, valid proofs using Trello
  
  
• Partner with other testers and developers to identify bugs
  
  
• Test bugs reported by players and assist them
  
  
• Help others develop appropriate knowledge and skills through constructive feedback
  
  
• Use the given tools / accesses wisely, with the goal of increasing test coverage or solving customer issues
  
  
• Volunteer for new tasks / creative activities

❏ Requirements:

• At least a year of Game Testing / Customer Support experience
  
  
• Be active / available at least 3 hours per day
  
  
• Ability to analyze, interpret, research, explain WoW mechanics / content
  
  
• High-level of WoW knowledge (mainly shadowlands)
  
  
• Fluent in English
