Bug description: When you kill Varo'then as you should in the encounter, you should then use his blade to weaken Mannoroth. Mannoroth and Varo'then instead bug and keep looping the introduction speech, Mannoroth can still be killed, but* Varo'then (re-)spawns endlessly. =/
Proof: Try it.
