@ Mouz': la sala unde mergeam eu,bara era sus de tot,stateai cu picioarele intinse si nu ajungeai jos...bagam 2 serii a cate 10,1 serie pe fata o serie pe dos si erai terminat... Apoi,instructorul a spus ca asa se fac tractiunile corecte

Si daca te uiti la tipul din clipul ala,la ultimele tractiuni se ajuta cu picioarele,indoindu-le si ridicandu-le odata cu corpul,tocmai pt as-i usura treaba... In fine,nu ma contrazica,dar incearca si asa cum iti spun,sa vezi diferenta -

Nu stiu , eu am facut antrenamentul la 2 sali pana acum. In amblele bara , era incorporata in alt aparat pentru spate. Iar la ea ajungeai foarte usor..

Ziua 2 - Biceps + triceps

Le mai amesteca el, dar in mare cam asta e programul.
Sfatul meu, daca esti la inceput, i-ati abonament cu antrenor inclus, ca sa stii cum/cat/cand sa faci.


Nu ar trebui sa neglijezi umerii,stiu ca intra si la celelalte grupe dar ar trebui sa il lucrezi si individual(sunt importanti,dar nu fortza,daca te accidentezi adio sala-valabil si la ex. pt spate-indreptari,ramat)
