The quests "A Time to Gain" and "A Time to Lose" needed for the Hallow's End Achievement and title do not work. For one there is a Horde wickerman but even standing right on it, it cannot be doused. I get the message "Requires Horde Wickerman". For the other there is no bonfire or wickerman to honour. Is there some way to complete these two quests to get the title?
