Same on alliance side. Using the Quest item Snagglebolt's Air Analyzer on a perfumed guard in Stormwind does not count for the quest. Quest counter remains at 0/6.

Not sure, but it might be because the box has the "common" quality dresses and not the "uncommon" ones.
The dress(es) I got can't be used for transmog either.

The NPC Called Kwee Q. Peddlefeet has a dialogue, where if you talk to him, he will give you a Lovely Charm Collector's Kit but he doesn't give it to the player, and even if he does give it...the Lovely Charms you're suppose to obtain from mobs are not dropping, Only got 7 from an Underrot Keystone.

Looking at this short vid, https://www.youtube.com/watch?t=139&&v=RTQ-cyyVL6w&&feature=youtu.be, the NPC behaves properly. He gives you a Lovely Charm Collector's Kit IF YOU DO NOT ALREADY HAVE ONE. And you should try farming the Lucky Charms in the open world, not in keystones. I got about 100 in 30 minutes of doing WQ all over BFA zones.

@WanTeD Ze Gamer, please confirm this. If you can obtain Lucky charms as mentioned I will remove the issue from the pending bug list.

It's not about the Lucky Charms, rather i can't obtain the Collector's Kit (It's a bit buggy, because you have to get a quest, and then you can get the Collector's Kit).

That's a separate issue which is already on the list. I was referring to the Lovely charms second issue you mentioned.

The dresses and suits from Lovely Dress Box and Dinner Suit Box were changed to uncommon quality cosmetic versions in 7.2.5.
Currently in-game they are still normal quality. (proof)

Bug description: Eating a Buttermilk Delight on a Romantic Picnic does not award the achievement. Most likely the picnic does not work properly, cause the basket vanishes when clicked, and does not put the heart over the character.

@Denim: EDIT: Managed to obtain this achievement in LEGION DALARAN! But both players need to use their own Romantic Picnic Basket, since it vanishes if one player clicks it.

Description: The Love Ray buff does not stack when using the Manufactured Love Prism on a player. Each application removes the previous one, so there is no way to increase the count. As of 2017 (Patch 7.1.5), this set of achievemnts does not require a huge raid tocomplete it. It can be done by two people using the prism on eachother for 25 min, as described here
