Bug description: Puscilla will spawn under the map every time the World Quest to kill her is active. Sometimes even when the WQ is not active she will be spawned under the map.
Been visiting her location spawn every day for about a week and she is spawned under the map more often than not - think I managed to find her spawned correctly
only once in 7 days.

PS: As can be seen in the attached image - she even attacks me when I approach her spawn location but she cannot be damaged (used a macro to target her "/tar Puscilla").
Also the only time I seen her spawned correctly was when the WQ to kill her was not active.

I can confirm this and usually server restarts/crashes fix this issue
