Halls of Reflection is working, you have to wait a little longer for waves. Escape from the Lich King is also working, just kill the adds around LK.

[Skye]

Halls of Reflection
- The achievement Heroic: The Halls of Reflection works.

- The achievement We're Not Retreating; We're Advancing in a Different Direction does not work. I started a timer after talking to Sylvanas and as you can see in the screenshot, I finished the encounter Escape the Lich King in 4 minutes 47 seconds but the achievement was not credited.
