[REJECTED] Xp rate suddenly became normal

Bug description: xp rate suddenly droped just after reaching lvl 60 even though it says xp rate is 10x....

Invalid. That's 10x. It gives you lower xp because you are over the zone's levelcap, blasted lands being a 54-58 zone and the quest rewards are smaller when you do so.
