Bug description:

ROMANIAN VERSION

in lincul de mai sus este vorba despre windsong si elemental force (2 enchanturi) despre cum sunt afectate ...aici spune ca sunt afectate de haste gen bloodlust etc ......acum vine chestia ancestral swiftness e talent si da pasive 5% spell haste/10 %melle haste ...eu din cate stiu ca da pure haste ca si bloodlust
, prin urmare ar trebui sa afecteze rppmu la cloak legendar :

bine bloodlust da temporar dar ancestral swiftness da passive 5% spell haste /10 melle


ENGLISH VERSION: so it's about ancestral swiftness shaman talent wich gives 5%spell haste/10 melle% haste , that being said it should affect the rppm of the legendary cloak as this talent gives pure haste like a soket , also check these blue posts : http://us.battle.net/wow/en/forum/topic/6893549789?page=1

Ancestral Swiftness and Frost Armor should increase RPPM

I'm not sure about this, not even the item tooltip showing the RPPM doesn't update when I get Ancestral Swiftness / Frost Armor.

Proof:
no buffs, 3.08 RPPM, 19% haste @ char sheet
ancestral swiftness, 3.08 RPPM, 25% haste @ char sheet
bloodlust, 3.87 RPPM, 55% haste @ char sheet.

So the client doesn't show increased RPPM on the item when you get Ancestral Swiftness, but it does show increased RPPM when you get Bloodlust

well are u going to do something about this? there is no difference betwen the haste from bloodlust and ancestral / frost armor.

You don't understand my post, please read it carefully once again. What I said there makes me think ancestral/frost armor should NOT increase RPPM
