Bug description: hello, my ingame name is kjanvan and when i reached lvl 50 i received a box which was empty i used ticket to gm to get help but they kept redrecting me here

Prestige Rewards

Hitting Honor Level 50 allows players to Prestige up and acquire new rewards. In 7.1 players do not have to choose between Prestige and grinding out Honor Talents again; the talents will remain as they prestige up and gain cosmetic rewards.
Honor Level 50, no prestige: Alliance Enthusiast and Horde Fanatic.

Since your character is horde, you should get Horde Fanatic.

yeah but the problem is i received a blue box which was empty and i didnt receive the pet
