Pretty sure it works fine now, I haven't had any problems lately while doing this quest.

The loading screen is nice; much better than having to relog every time I'd get stuck. (I had gotten stuck after this fix, but the loading screen happened just after that and fixed it as it teleports you out of the ground texture.) Just would like to note that heading towards the Alliance starter zone from the Alliance garrisons you have to go through several (a total of four back-to-back) loading screens and end up getting dismounted at the last loading screen. I can confirm, although I've noticed it's not just the warrior's class hall though. This applies to every class hall armor set pieces, the vendor shows gear that is of lower ilvl and of different quality (Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic, Legendary) items from the vendor are Rare but when purchased they appear with a high item level and are Epic(s).
I don't think this is that important, it's been like this for awhile and is probably just a visual bug similar to how the price of ...

I can confirm of this issue as well, I'm sure this is due to the fact that worgens start in Shadowmoon Valley upon character creation; as all other alliance characters and are skipping their starter quest line in Gilneas which teaches/rewards us these racial spells and abilities.

Edit: Thanks so much again, I did as you said and went in tank spec on my Death Knight and was able to complete this encounter and the whole raid on the 10n version. Haha, I didn't know she comes down as I had died before she was able to... also I wouldn't have posted this if I had known this issue was already reported. But, I think I'm going to leave it up for others - who like me hadn't seen that post and also have this issue.

Ah, well it's good to know this isn't happening to just me. Haha.

I can confirm, I was able to do this months ago on my hunter. But now I am unable to kill him to get to the king for the Children's Week achievement.

I can confirm, although I was able to complete this on another character just fine.
Edit: I tried choosing the opposite reward,(again) and it had completed.

This issue has been fixed, the only ones that do not work are ones required for a certain quest as they only work for people on that quest.

I have this problem too, this happens to any classes that can dual wield their artifact or those that have an off-hand. So far I've seen/experienced this issue on all my characters that have either of those things (dual wield and/or off-hand artifacts), including my Fire Mage, Outlaw Rogue and Shadow Priest.

If you un-equip and re-equip your artifact it will fix, but I agree this should be fixed as not everyone ...
