| The bonus does not show in tooltip. You should be able to see a difference in damage when joining instanced pvp. I’ll tret when i get home and will come back to this topic. |

Yes, it will do lower, because It scales you at 480 ilvl from your bags/bank. It works as intended to avoid exploits (480 geared people unequipping 1-2 item slots to drop their ilvl in order to increase their overall damage).

You can test it on Dummy. Also Drain life might have some PvP mods too |
